Prices on the UK shop are always in British pounds. VAT is included in every price shown — the number you see is the number you pay, no surprise additions at checkout.
Payment is taken immediately when you place the order. Custom kits are made to order — nothing is printed before the order is paid.
Production starts the moment your proof is confirmed and payment is on file.
256-bit SSL encryption across the entire checkout flow. Cards are tokenised by Stripe — no card numbers are stored on our servers.
3D Secure (Strong Customer Authentication) is automatically triggered for UK and EU-issued cards as required by Open Banking rules.
Cards get declined for a range of reasons — bank-side fraud checks, an expired card, insufficient funds, or a one-off network hiccup. If your payment doesn't go through, the checkout tells you straight away and lets you try a different card or switch to PayPal or Klarna in one step.

Where a refund is eligible (see the Return & Refund Policy for full terms), the amount appears on the original payment method within 10 business days. We process refunds the moment we confirm them — the rest is the card network's clock.
